Subject	Clunky and hard to shift from gear to gear

Message	My car has 92k miles on it, and i dont know if its the same for all Z's (like the squeeky stock dash) but i find it hard to shift into 1st and then into 2nd. Seems overly hard i think. Can anyone suggest a remedy? (oh i jjust replaced my clutch, but it was doing the clunky shifting beforehand). 1995 Nissan 300zx N/A 1971 Opel GT 1.9L
